Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp dried lavender
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and lavender in a large bowl.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- In another bowl, whisk cream, egg, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients.
- Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Turn dough onto floured surface. Pat into a 1-inch thick circle.
- Cut into 8 wedges. Transfer to baking sheet.
- Bake 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Handle dough gently to keep blueberries intact
- Chill dough for 15 minutes for cleaner cuts
- Store leftovers in airtight container for 2 days
