Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and lavender in a large bowl.
  3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. In another bowl, whisk cream, egg, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients.
  6. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  7. Turn dough onto floured surface. Pat into a 1-inch thick circle.
  8. Cut into 8 wedges. Transfer to baking sheet.
  9. Bake 15-18 minutes until golden.
  10. Cool slightly before serving.
