Description

A delicious and healthy breakfast option combining the flavors of blueberry cheesecake with baked oats.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix oats, banana, yogurt, milk, egg, vanilla, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Pour half the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer blueberries and dollops of cream cheese on top.
  5. Cover with remaining oat mixture.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
  7. Drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen blueberries.
  • Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
