A delicious and healthy breakfast option combining the flavors of blueberry cheesecake with baked oats.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix oats, banana, yogurt, milk, egg, vanilla, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Pour half the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Layer blueberries and dollops of cream cheese on top.
- Cover with remaining oat mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
- Drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen blueberries.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
