Description
Super fudgy chocolate brownies with chocolate chips and a marshmallow fluff swirl on top.
Ingredients

2 cups white granulated sugar

3 large eggs + 1 yolk

½ cup melted unsalted butter

2 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup oil (canola/vegetable)

¾ cup all-purpose flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch process)

1½ Tbsp cornstarch

½ tsp salt
-
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
1 cup marshmallow creme
Instructions

Prep: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9×9″ pan with parchment.

Dry Mix: Sift flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.

Wet Mix: Beat sugar + eggs until pale. Add butter, oil, and vanilla.

Combine: Fold dry ingredients into wet mix. Add chocolate chips.

Swirl: Pour batter into pan. Dollop melted marshmallow fluff and swirl.

Bake: 45–55 mins (toothpick should be slightly wet). Cool before slicing.
