Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne in a bowl.
- Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
- Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, double-fry the chicken.
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
