Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 tbsp chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mash the banana in a bowl.
- Add oats, milk, egg, honey, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use a very ripe banana for natural sweetness.
