- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toss shrimp in the butter mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
- Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan, then sprinkle over shrimp.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until shrimp are cooked and breadcrumbs are golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
