Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, maple syrup, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Arrange peach slices on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
