- 200g feta cheese
- 400g canned chickpeas, drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place feta cheese in the center of a baking dish.
- Surround feta with drained chickpeas.
- Drizzle olive oil over feta and chickpeas.
- Sprinkle oregano, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until feta softens and chickpeas are golden.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the dish.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
