Instructions
- Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in a separate bowl.
- Coat onion pieces in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry onion bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, and paprika to make the dipping sauce.
- Serve hot with the sauce.
