Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, diced

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli into small florets.
  2. Dice the apple and finely chop the red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apple, red onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
  4. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.
