Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli into small florets.
- Dice the apple and finely chop the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apple, red onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use a firm apple like Granny Smith for better texture.
- You can substitute sunflower seeds with chopped almonds.
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice to the diced apple to prevent browning.
